In 2018, she extended her passion for healthcare by founding the Health Navigator Foundation in partnership with the world-renowned California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) in San Francisco, CA. The foundation's primary mission is to provide equitable access to life-saving surgical procedures for patients who would otherwise be unable to afford them. Dr. Ramonas has played a pivotal role in this initiative, serving as the Medical Director, Co-founder, and Board Member. She is also on the Board of the Pacific Vision Foundation which provides equitable access to vision care. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Ramonas exemplifies the spirit of humanitarianism. She has dedicated over 12 years to volunteering at the San Francisco Free Clinic, where she has made a profound impact on the community's underserved population. Additionally, Dr. Ramonas has participated in more than ten surgical mission trips around the world, providing her medical expertise to those in need and touching countless lives.

Dr. Ramonas is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology as well as the American Board of Anti- Aging and Regenerative Medicine, which is a testament to her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field and providing the highest quality of care to her patients.
